Board of  Directors,  Board of  managers-general along with the collective personnel of  Seafood  Joint  Stock  Company  No. 4  has courageously chosen  the Dong Thap province, where has the Mekong river to invest  50 ha for aquiculture (Pangasius Hypophthalmus; Pangasius Bocourti) and aquaculture processing plant as named  Dong Tam Fisheries Processing Company, abbreviated as DOTASEAFOODCO., is an expression of enthusiasm and  combine forces followed, contribute to synergies promote the development of aquiculture and seafood processing Pangasius Hypophthalmus, Pangasius Bocourti  in the Mekong Delta area. DOTASEAFOODCO. company officially put into operation  in  October 2009.
